A man suspected of stealing someone's identity is being hunted by police.

Police have released a picture of the man, who is suspected of taking letters from a post box and opening up bank accounts in the victim's name to make a series of purchases and transactions.

The offences occured between November 11 and 15 last year and the man is believed to have visited Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent and bought items fraudulently.

During this time, the offender visited a Royal Bank of Scotland branch in Chingford and withdrew cash and visited several stores in Enfield to purchase goods.

The CCTV image was provided by a jeweller at Bluewater Shopping Centre.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police PC Andy Finnan at Hertfordshire Police on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
