Volunteers helped restore an orchard.
Residents gathered at Claybury Orchard in Claybury Park, Woodford Bridge, to plant 12 apple trees as part of a project run by Redbridge Council and the London Orchard Project (LOP).
Lewis McNeill, project manager at the LOP, was on hand to advise residents on how to plant the trees.
The LOP visits communities in London and helps to promote orchards and fruit trees, as well as promoting the eating of home-grown fruit.
