A man who sent a woman a picture of his genitals during a year-long campaign of harrassment has been issued with a restraining order.
Daniel Ryan, of Regent Street in Colchester, was given the order in conjunction with an 18-month supervision order and told he must carry out 120 hours unpaid work and pay £620 costs.
Ryan is no longer allowed to contact his victims directly or visit their addresses in Epping.
the 22-year-old carried out the harassment between November 2012 and December 2013.
He sent one woman an image of his genitals, as well as other messages of a sexual nature via facebook and online dating site PlentyofFish.
He repeatedly called and texted one woman and followed another on the street causing her to hide.
Ryan denied the charges but was found guilty at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
