A woman charged with assaulting three police officers will appear in court today.
Casey Sullivan is charged with assaulting the officers while being arrested for other alleged offences on December 21.
The 26-year-old, of Drayson Close in Waltham Abbey, is also charged with drink driving, possession of cannabis, taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent, driving without insurance and walking on a motorway - the M25.
Sullivan is charged with taking Laura Savage’s Vauxhall Corsa from her house in Springfields, Waltham Abbey, and leaving it on the hard shoulder of the M25 before getting out and walking.
The case will be heard at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court today.
