A woman accused of fraudulently claiming income support for more than five years is due to appear in court.
Lucinder Oxley-Martin, 49, of The Broadway in Loughton, is alleged to have dishonestly claimed the benefit from December 19, 2005 until February 18, 2012.
It is claimed she failed to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of her change in circumstances which saw her earning in excess of the prescribed amount to receive the benefit.
She will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court today.
