The William Morris Gallery is bidding to host a free artist's workshop for residents.

The Art Fund Museum of the Year 2013, in Forest Road, Walthamstow, is up against three rival locations in a public vote.

The gallery has chosen to feature Mr Smith’s Letterpress Workshop, featuring traditional printing techniques, a project set up by artist Kelvyn Laurence Smith.

Voting closes at 5pm on January 28 and the project, part of the Museums at night project, is worth £2,000 to the successful applicant.
