Community order for man who carried weapon
A man caught carrying a taser gun has been given a community order.
Daniel Steeples of Ladyfield Close in Loughton was arrested on January 2 for carrying a weapon capable of incapacitation.
The 20-year-old’s early guilty plea was taken into account by magistrates in Chelmsford on Monday who placed him under the order until January 2015.
Steeples was also made to pay £45 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.
