Sentencing date for man who harassed woman by calling her 42 times
A date has been set for the sentencing of a a man who admitted harassing a woman by calling her 42 times in five days.
David Lawrence, 43, of Flaxen Road in Chingford, appeared at Harlow Magistrates’ Court yesterday having admitted harassing Louise Burns.
He also admitted destroying her landline telephone and a door, as well as assaulting her.
He caller her 42 times in five days in June last year and assaulted her between April 1 and May 30.
He will be sentenced on February 14.
