A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a man who attacked a police officer.
Aneel Tyrell, of Algers Close in Loughton, failed to show up for court yesterday when he was due to be sentenced.
The 30-year-old was convicted of making off from a taxi without paying a £35 bill and assaulting an officer in Loughton on September 20.
Mr Tyrell pleaded not guilty to both offences.
