Gants Hill station has been closed due to a power failure caused by flooding.
The station closed at around 11.20am and engineers are currently onsite and attempting to fix the problem.
A Transport for London spokeswoman confirmed the flooding is weather related, after a flood alert was issued last night for the nearby River Roding.
Trains are not stopping at the station but they are running through, while passenger tickets are valid on buses and other reasonable routes.
