Police are appealing for information following an attack on a 27-year-old man in Epping last week.
The victim, who lives in the town, was robbed of his mobile phone after being grabbed by two men and punched and kicked.
Following his ordeal in Tidys Lane at 11.20pm on Monday January 27, the man needed hospital treatment for minor injuries.
Detectives are asking for anybody who may have seen the attackers.
One is described as white, in his late teens and was wearing a black nylon sports jacket with the hood up over his head.
The other man is also thought to be his late teens with black hair.
