Residents have their last chance to have their say on the future of a country park today.

A public consultation on the development of Hainault Forest Country Park in Chigwell will culminate with the meeting at Fullwell Cross Library at 6.30pm in Barkingside.

This will include a presentation explaining the current facilities in the park and a discussion about how residents would like the park improved.

A meeting on-site on February 27 at 10.30am will involve representatives from Natural England, Barkingside 21 and the Woodland Trust.

Residents can also complete a survey about future plans, which asks if the residents would like to see an upgraded farm, mini golf, upgraded cycling routes and a craft shop.
