The woman who was evicted from a block of flats for prolonged anti-social behaviour is now receiving medical treatment, it has been confirmed.
Redbridge Council said the woman was in regular contact with the North East London NHS Foundation Trust after being evicted from Chartwell Court in Broomhill Walk, Woodford Green, on February 6.
The authority said it had not recieved a request for housing, and refused to comment further on the situation due to confidentiality.
Residents claimed the woman regularly abused people living in the block, left drug paraphernalia in communal areas and had visitors throughout the night over a 20-year period.
She was evicted through the courts by Home Group housing association.
