Two men have been charged with the manslaughter of a father-of-two from Chigwell.
Cash and Carry owner Shammi Atwal, 45, died whilst trying to protect his wife by chasing an armed gang from his business in Barkingside on October 14.
It is understood that he was pushed under a lorry.
Now, Deibidas Sumskas, 25, of Ottley Road in Newham and Edgaras Balezantis, 25, of Tollgate road in Beckton have been remanded in custody after appearing at the Old Bailey yesterday.
The duo will appear at the same court on March 21 for a Plea and Case Management Hearing.
Four other men have pleaded not guilty to manslaughter and conspiracy to rob.
Vidmantas Gonskoves, 26, of Grange Road, Plaistow; Farhan Sheikh, 38, of Thornhill Gardens, Barking; Reiniks Kivers, 28, of no fixed address; and Aurimas Diliunas, 27, of no fixed address will all face trial on April 7.
