Trio on trial for assault
Three people are on trial today charged with assault by beating.
Cathy Gray, 47, David Gray, 44 and Emma Mellowship, 26, from Waltham Abbey are accused of acting together to assault Richard and Sharon Paris.
The trio of Abbotts Drive have each pleaded not guilty.
They will appear before Harlow Magistrates’ Court today.
