A new doctor’s surgery could be built in Loughton.

Dr Youseff Haffar is looking to convert a house on the High Road into a surgery with a large extension and parking provision.

Loughton Town Council has accepted the proposal but objected to the extension being built at the rear of the building.

A final decision will be made by Epping Forest District Council’s planning committee.
