Daninauskas accused of assaulting 49 year-old woman
A man will appear in court today accused of attacking a woman near a nightclub last month.
Vidmantas Daninauskas, 49, of no fixed address, will appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court today charged with grevious bodily harm.
Police were alerted about the incident on January 22, after an ambulance crew found a 49 year-old woman suffering from multiple face fractures in Lea Bridge Road nearer to Hackney.
The serious assault happened in Woodford New Road, Walthamstow, near the RS Lounge nightclub between 6pm and 7pm.
Daninauskas appeared at Thames Magistrates Court on January 31 and was remanded in custody to appear today.
