A man has been taken to hospital with leg and head injuries following a collision between a motorcycle and car.
Police and ambulance were called to Priestley Way, off Blackhorse Lane in Walthamstow, at 12:30pm today following reports of a road traffic accident.
Ambulance services treated the motorcyclist for leg and head injuries and he was taken to Whipps Cross University Hospital.
Blackhorse Lane was partially blocked this afternoon, but the accident has since been cleared and the road re-opened.
This is the second motorcycle related-accident to happen today after a man was taken to hospital this morning with minor injuries following a collision involving two other vehicles at Charlie Brown's roundabout in South Woodford.
