A controversial music festival forced to move after problems with crime and anti-social behaviour has revealed its new home.

High Definition Festival, billed as the country's largest urban music event and previously held at Forest Farm in Forest Road, Ilford, had its license revoked by the council in December after the site was deemed “wholly inadequate”.

Festival organisers did not appeal and announced yesterday they would be moving to Eridge Park in Tunbridge Wells after three years in Ilford.

A review was held in December after high levels of crime and anti-social behaviour were reported in July, including 900 cases of forged tickets.
