Middle-aged woman attacked near nightclub
A court date has been set for a man accused of attacking a woman near a nightclub last month.
Vidmantas Daninauskas, 49, of no fixed address, appeared at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Friday charged with wounding with intent.
An ambulance crew found a 49 year-old woman suffering from multiple face fractures along Lea Bridge Road, nearer to Hackney, on January 22.
The assault happened in Woodford New Road, Walthamstow, close to the RS Lounge nightclub between 6pm and 7pm.
The case was committed to crown court after Daninauskas appeared at Thames Magistrates Court on January 31.
He will next appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on May 2.
