A primary school fence destroyed when a tree crashed into it earlier this month has still not been fixed.
Miz Mann, headteacher at Aldersbrook Primary School in Northumberland Avenue, Wanstead, raised concerns over security when the 20ft tree was blown on to a parameter fence on February 14.
She said she was still waiting for Redbridge Council to provide an update on when the fence will be fixed.
She said: "I have spoken to a number of people about getting the fence fixed but I have not been given any further updates from the council."
A temporary wire fence has been erected.
