Alain Pozo was acquitted of assault by beating
A man has been cleared of assault.
Alain Pozo, 38, of Draycot Road, Wanstead, pleaded not guilty at Colchester Magistrates' Court to beating Sean Doyland, from Colchester, on November 8.
He was acquitted on Thursday and was described in the court's summary as “a man of good character who made a positive contribution to the community.”
