The Friends of Wanstead Parklands will hold a Jane Austin themed tea party in fancy dress
A society will hold a Jane Austen-themed tea party in full period costumes next month.
The Friends of Wanstead Parklands event is at Wanstead Park's Temple, with attendees invited to dress up in late 18th and early 19th century attire.
People are also encouraged to bring along home-made cakes or snacks to share.
The event, which will take place on April 5 from 3pm, will feature music by The Almeria Trio.
