The sentencing of a woman who let her boyfriend hide a double-barrelled sawn-off shotgun in her Walthamstow house was postponed after the judge fell ill.
Shereen Lawrence, 34, of Hillcrest Road in Walthamstow, and boyfriend Sunny Taiwo, 34, of Holt Road in Beckton, were due to appear at Inner London Crown Court today to be sentenced.
No new hearing date has been set but a court spokesman said the case is high priority and likely to go ahead as soon as possible.
On February 4 Lawrence was convicted of possessing a prohibited firearm and Taiwo was convicted of 10 firearms offences.
