An award-winning author will discuss his latest novel at a library today.

Adam Foulds, winner of eight awards including the Sunday Times Young Writer of the Year in 2007, will talk about In the Wolf's Mouth at Wanstead Library at 7pm.

Published last month, it is set in North Africa and Sicily at the end of the Second World War and follows the Allied attempts to chase the Germans north towards the Italian mainland. 

The book follows The Quickening Maze, a story set in an asylum in Epping Forest , which was shortlisted for the Man Booker Prize in 2009 and won the European Union Prize for Literature in 2011.
