A rogue landlord has been fined £9,000 after renting out an unsafe property.
Ajay Mohan Kapur, of Cranbrook Road in Ilford, was prosecuted after unsafe gas appliances and electrics were found at a property in Ardwell Avenue.
He was ordered to pay £3,000 in costs.
