A new-look library is opening with welcome tours taking place today.
Leyton Library Plus, in High Road, has a new IT suite on the ground floor and improvements to Wi-Fi internet services throughout the building.
The first floor houses a library for adults and a larger children’s library with a new activity space and storytelling area.
Teenagers can use a dedicated young adults library and a study space with computers.
Residents can also access a wide range of council, community services and advice.
Welcome tours take place at 10am, midday, 2.30pm and 4pm today.
