A 17-year-old boy has been accused of assault and threatening to kill with an offfensive weapon.

The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged on five counts, including a racially aggravated public order offence and affray on March 1 in South Woodford, Woodford Green and Buckhurst Hill.

He denies the charges and is due to appear at Barkingside Youth Court on Monday.

While the courts protect these young thugs this garbage will keep on happening. I personally would take anyone behaving like this out of the public eye and deliver a good flogging. Much more effective than smirking at an out of touch magistrate.
