A man injured in a three-car collision has been released from hospital.

The accident took place on the A12, in the George Green Tunnel, Wanstead at 10.54am yesterday.

A 22-year-old man was taken to Whipps Cross Hospital in Leytonstone with minor injuries and left hospital in the evening.
