What a waste of taxpayers money!!! Stalkers should be punished but this harassment law, ie sending messages etc is just getting ridiculous!! The charge should be abolished as it's being abused by the police to get their sales figures & by people who have a grudge against some poor person they're in dispute with!!

Since when has prosecuting allegations of threats to rape a woman been considered a waste of taxpayers money ?
