Everyday life at a Waltham Forest school is set to be documented in a follow-up to Channel 4’s Educating Yorkshire programme.
Frederick Bremer School in Walthamstow is said to be the next location for the hit fly-on-the-wall documentary which started with Educating Essex, according to Mirror Online.
The school opened in 2008 and has below average GCSE results and English is not the first language for more than half its students.
At present, it is all change for students at the school as new headteacher Jenny Smith tries to turn around its reputation in the community.
The latest Ofsted inspection report graded the school as “requires improvement” but inspirational new head is said to be determined to get it to “good” within two years.
The Guardian is trying to contact the school for comment.
