No further action will be taken against two men arrested on suspicion of attempted rape following an attack in Loughton.
A woman in her 30s was walking in Lucton’s Path between 8pm and 8.30pm on October 31 last year when she was pulled to the ground and sexually assaulted.
Police have refused to release details of what happened next.
A 37-year-old, from Dagenham, and a 52-year-old, from East Ham, were arrested in Buckhurst Hill in November and released on police bail pending further enquiries.
Investigating officers have now decided no further action will be taken against the two.
