Three men accused of an attack which left the victim losing an eye are due in court today. 

Ashton King, 21, of Boundary Road in Walthamstow, is charged with wounding with intent, handling stolen goods and possessing cannabis with intent to supply.

Kingsley Gordon-Allen, 20, of Ashville Road in Leytonstone, is charged with wounding with intent and possessing cannabis with intent to supply.

John Pluckrose, 19, of Randolph Close, Leigh-On-Sea, is charged with wounding with intent. 
 
All three men are accused of beating up 51-year-old Collen Grant inside the Walthamstow branch of McDonald's in Hoe Street on January 1.
 
Mr Grant underwent emergency surgery to have his left eye removed.   
 
The case has been transferred to Wood Green Crown Court today after the men originally appeared at Snaresbrook Crown Court in January.
 
The men are due to enter a plea today.
