Man in court on drugs charge
A 32-year-old man will appear in court today accused of growing cannabis.
Scott Hazel, of Willingale Road in Loughton, is charged with being concerned with the production of the class B drug earlier this month.
He will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court today.
