A burst water main is causing hazardous driving conditions in a busy road.

The damaged main is spraying water through the pavement in Chingford Mount Road, near the Kings Ford pub.

It has caused flooding along the road and drivers are struggling to pass through.

A Thames Water van is on the scene, but no maintenance work has started.

Bit of an exaggeration.

It wasn't spraying water through the pavement and cars weren't struggling to pass through, but why let facts get in the way of a good story?
