A teenager has pleaded guilty to two burglaries.
Joseph Savage, of Higham Road, Woodford Green, appeared at Barkingside Magistrates' Court yesterday charged with breaking into two homes on March 19.
The 18-year-old pleaded guilty to both counts and was bailed to appear at the same court for sentencing on April 22.
Savage helped break into two houses in Albert Road, South Woodford, between 3pm and 5pm.
The burglars had forced entry to the properties through the front door, searched the houses and stole a suit carrier, three laptops, a watch and an iPad.
Savage was arrested on March 30, while two women were also arrested for handling stolen goods and bailed to return to Ilford Police Station on April 29.
Another man is still being sought by police over the burglaries.
