Stephen Hamilton will appear in Chelmsford Magistrates' Court
A man accused of beating a pensioner is due to appear in court today.
Stephen Hamilton, 59, of Moreton Road in Ongar, is charged with assaulting a 76-year-old woman in the town on March 16.
He will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court.
