An author and television personality visited a school yesterday.

Charlie Higson met with students and signed copies of his books at Trinity Catholic High School, in Mornington Road, Woodford Green.

The 55-year-old co-wrote and starred in BBC comedy sketch show The Fast Show in the 90s and he has also appeared as a panellist on QI.

This man is a brilliant writer and it is fantastic that he gives time to visit schools to enlighten the young pupils as to his work and what can be achieved.
