The trial has begun of three men charged over the murder of a man who was stabbed trying to stop a carjacking.
Harjinder Singh Bhurji, 32, of Highbury Gardens in Ilford, was attacked in front of a terrified female passenger in the early hours of September 13, 2011.
The garage owner bled to death at the scene in Stoneleigh Road, Ilford, after his £33,000 SLK Mercedes was driven off.
His car was later found abandoned in Chingford.
Jae'Don Fearon, 21, of Manor Farm Drive in Chingford, and Rory Gordon, 23, of Chadwell Heath, both deny murder.
Gordon's 23 year-old cousin, Andre Campbell, of Chingford, denies handling stolen goods.
The trial at the Old Bailey continues.
