Firefighters attended two motorway car fires within an hour yesterday.
Shortly after 3.45pm crews closed the M25 clockwise between junctions 27 and 28 as they tackled a vehicle blaze.
That blaze was put out by 4.30pm and the motorway reopend shortly after.
Firefighters later attended another fire on the M11, between junction five and six.
Crews were called shortly after 8pm and were able to extinguish the blaze shortly after 8.30pm.
There were no reported injuries in either incident.
