Police have re-issued a missing persons appeal due to growing concerns for a man's welfare.

Lee Ralph, also known as Alan Donald went missing from Walthamstow on March 13.

According to police, it is out of character for the 34-year-old to not make contact with his friends or family.

He is white, 5ft 8ins, has short brown hair, blue eyes and speaks with a London accent.

Detective Inspector Lou Shepherd said: "“Almost a month since he was last seen by family, there is still no news of Lee Ralph.

"I urge anyone who knows of Lee’s whereabouts to contact police and if Lee himself is aware of this appeal I would ask him to contact his family or Missing People to confirm that he is safe and well."

Anyone with information is asked to call Waltham Forest Police on 0203-276-0968 or Missing People on 0500 700 700 quoting 14MIS009572.
