Great, so despite neglect and flouting basic hygiene law, these places are allowed to remain open, put the health of the public including children at risk?
Why is it that such premises, often 'ethnic' are permitted to dice with death? Some of these people working in these places cannot even read or write basic English so cannot read the rules and regulations anyhow.

Why do the regulations enable these reckless chancres to play with people lives and retrospectively learn about the safety issues concerning food?

Surely it would be a better system for people selling food to get the necessary certificates before they get an opportunity to make people ill.

If a restaurant looks shabby from outside and the owners take no pride you can expect problems in the areas you cannot see.

It's amazing how so many eateries treat their customers with such arrogance and disrespect.

Cleanliness is a no brainer to people who really care!

I have been with family, friends and work colleagues to Gourmet Grill and I can safely say I have never had any issues with cleanliness or the food there.

If the reporter of the article actually took time out to go visit the restaurant himself he would clearly see this.
