Screenings for children at a council-run cinema could become a regular fixture after the success of a recent event.
A total of 80 people, including children in fancy dress, attended the showing of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves at Roding Valley Hall in Station Way, Buckhurst Hill, on April 5.
Yesterday the parish council yesterday announced it was hoping to stage similar events.
Council clerk Nigel Moore said: "We are now hoping that the cinema will become a regular event and will be publishing information about the next screenings in the near future."
