Shoppers were given the chance to meet and greet farmyard animals from an award-winning city farm.

Brooks Farm in Skeltons Lane, Leyton, set up a large stall in the centre of The Mall in Walthamstow between Thursday and Saturday last week.

Children and adults were able to hold and feed animals including chicks, rabbits, tortoises, hedgehogs, lizards and a sheepdog.

The three day Easter event was held to enourage learning about farming.
