Easter crowds gave a heritage railway its busiest day of the year.
Keen-eyed children and adults were on the lookout for Easter eggs in a hunt spanning three miles between Ongar and North Weald.
Epping Ongar Railway organised the event in which the Easter bunny hid eggs along the line during the bank holiday weekend.
There were also owl displays, face painting and a bouncy castle.
The railway’s Dean Walton said: “We had our busiest day of the year.
“It was a very successful weekend and everyone had a lot of fun.”
