Churches in Wanstead celebrated Good Friday with a walk of witness procession.
The ecumenical march started at 11am at Wanstead Methodist Church in Herman Hill and ended at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Cambridge Park.
All the churches in the town were invited to the procession.
