The man accused of murdering a pensioner is due in court tomorrow.
Former prosecution case worker Thomas Blazquez, 50, of Onslow Gardens, South Woodford, will appear at Southwark Crown Court charged with the murder of Rosemary Shearman.
The 77-year-old widow with two children and grandchildren was found dead in her Platford Green home in September 2013.
The body of Ms Shearman was found after a taxi driver she had earlier booked turned up at her house.
After he received no response he contacted neighbours who entered the home and made the discovery.
A post-mortem gave the cause of death as a "mechanical obstruction of the upper airway".
