Two brothers are dreaming of arena tours ahead of releasing their debut album next week.
Alexis and Stefan Daperis of South Woodford’s rock band Everafter, will be releasing the album Everything is One on Monday with their record label Hummdrumm Records.
They started the band three and a half years ago and were signed up by the record company in August last year.
Alexis, 35, is the lead singer and guitarist while 27-year-old Stefan provides backing vocals and plays the bass guitar.
Both brothers wrote all the songs on the album and their influences include Nirvana, Metallica and Blink 182.
Alexis said: “We are really excited and enthused to be releasing our album, to see it on iTunes is a real thrill. Copies of the album are all around my house at the moment.”
“We are really happy with the sound and hopefully it will make waves. It is influenced by rock punk bands from the 90s and we describe our sound as power rock.
“In the future we want to take it as far as we can, the sky is the limit really. The dream is to be doing international tours and arenas along the way.
“Two songs were recorded in March which we funded ourselves and now Hummdrumm Records have helped us put together the full album. We can't wait for Monday.”
