A traffic light failure is causing long delays this morning. 

According to travel reports, the traffic lights on Lea Valley Road at the four-way junction in Chingford are not working. 

Traffic along Sewardstone Road and Kings Head Hill is congested with tailbacks to Waltham Way and towards The Green expected. 

Motorists are advised to avoid the busy junction area until the traffic light is repaired.
