A collision between four vehicles on the A406 has been cleared.

All lanes eastbound on the North Circular between Waterworks Works roundabout the M11 junction four were closed before 9am following a four-car pile-up.

Police were called to the Woodford fly-over section at 8:45am following reports of an accident and a large oil spill.

The motorists involved in the pile-up declined medical help and no-one was reported to have been injured.
